Eden and Una

Eden found a dog that is just right for her size :) Karen and Wes have an awesome little dog named Una. Eden thought she was neat and tried to walk her around our big yard. They we both super cute this weekend.

Blast from the past!

We had a wonderful visit from our friends from Wake Forest this weekend.

Janna was my roommate from Seminary. I was excited to get to see her because she has just returned from 2 years of living in Southeast Asia. She was a missionary with the International Mission Board and is finishing up her last class so she can graduate in May. Janna is my Friend that tells it to me straight. You got a toilet paper trailing from your shoe or spinach in your teeth and she'll let you know :) She is a gifted mind and has a heart for the Lord. A great combo!

I tease Karen that I introduced her to the Lord on September 11, 2006. A few weeks later, I introduced her to her husband. She owes me big time! Karen has been an awesome friend that brings me great joy. He pursuit of holiness leaves me humbled. She has had a many trials as she walks with the Lord, yet she has grown and matured in a way that makes me proud to call her my sister. Her husband Wes is a constant source of laughter. He is great man and they are just awesome friends!

Saturday our youth from Reddicks Grove had a car wash out our house. The youth are trying to raise money for their trip to Pennsylvania and New York. Eden being the big girl that she is tried to jump right in and help out :)

Uncle Timmy and Aunt Corey

Timmy and Corey came to spend the weekend last week. We had such a good time. It was crazy busy, but isn't life! We had an Easter Egg hunt, Church and a great dinner. Not a whole lot of down time, but lots of laughs.

Corey is such a great fit for Timmy. She is such an awesome woman and I'm happy that I'm getting a new sister out of this deal. She rolled with the punches and was such a big help with the kids. Eden loved her and Josiah didn't spit up on her. She gets my 2 thumbs up!

We're Back!

Praise God from whom all Blessing flow! My blessing this evening is being back online with somewhat fast Internet service :)

Two weeks ago we got a nasty virus and our computer stopped working. We took it to the shop and had it fixed. It worked for about 2 days then stopped again. We switched Internet providers twice thinking it was a connection problem, then realized it was a computer problem. We took it back to have the hard drive wiped and new Internet service put on. Thankfully all of our pictures were saved. We lost a few programs, but overall the computer is working so much better.

For now, here are a few pictures that I took over the weekend at our Easter Egg hunt. I'll post more tomorrow. For now I want to catch up on friends blogs.

Other fun facts during our absence:

Eden is using the big potty and doing very well.

Josiah is getting huge! He's 13 lbs. 1 oz. and growing. He is such a great baby!

We celebrated our 1 year anniversary at Reddicks Grove. I'll post more about that soon.

We bought a mini van.

I finally found a bridesmaids dress. The wedding is in 2 weeks In Jamaica. Yeah Abbey!

So as you see, I was to busy to miss the Internet. But it's good to be back!
